Payment and Conditions
Deposits required
A 20 % deposit must be made within 7 days to secure booking.
A minimum of 50% of the total cost must be made before 7 days prior to the event, and the balance paid 24 hours before the event.
These deposits can be made into our bank account via EFT.
At present, we can not accept credit card payments or personal cheques.
Cancellations
We will refund deposits that are cancelled within 4 weeks of the event. Thereafter, deposits are non-refundable.
Surcharges
A fuel surcharge will be applicable on events which are not within a 20 kilometer radius of Castle Hill. This surcharge will be at a rate discussed and agreed to at the time of booking. |
