About us

Originally from the Bay of Islands in NZ, Tima began laying hangi’s with his Father and Uncles 40 years ago. As an adult, he has laid numerous hangi’s in NZ, Australia, and also for the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces in East Timor. Tima is also a very experienced musician and both he and Judy have been performing for many years. They have also instructed their own haka group for a number of years.

Along with his wife Judy, who hails from Waiouru, NZ, Judy has been in the catering and entertainment industry for many years. Her years of experience as an event co-ordinator will free you up to enjoy your occasion knowing your needs have been taken care of. Their service is something everybody should experience at least once.
